In danish called Nordlys, directly translated into Northern light.

A phenonomon where plasma, orignated from the sun is scattered across the sky of the North Pole.

Seeing it in Denmark isn’t a common sight, but happens frequently enough to lucky to see it. This night I was on top of Bornholm in a spot called Hammerfyret, where surroundings is dark and there is a clear view to the horizon and sky.

The green collars of the pictures wasn’t visible with the naked eye, but my beloved Nikon caught it.
